Compared to traditional top-feed hot air systems, which often only dry the surface, this design ensures more uniform and thorough drying of materials, making it particularly suitable for deep drying of hygroscopic engineering plastics such as PA and PC.
Cyclone Exhaust Structure:
Equipped with a cyclone exhaust function, it reduces heat loss by expelling moisture and gases while retaining as much heat as possible. This improves energy efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and helps maintain a stable temperature inside the drying hopper.
Double-Layer Insulation Structure:
The drying hopper features a double-layer insulated design, combined with a stainless steel inner barrel, effectively minimizing heat loss and lowering energy consumption. It also maintains a stable internal temperature, creating an ideal environment for material drying while extending the equipment's service life.
Stainless Steel Components:
The hopper and internal parts are typically made of stainless steel, ensuring that materials are not contaminated. This meets the high hygiene standards required in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals. Additionally, stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and rust-proof, enhancing the durability of the equipment.
Precise Temperature Control Structure:
Equipped with a P.I.D. temperature controller, it provides precise temperature control with fluctuations limited to ±1-2°C. An LCD status display allows real-time temperature monitoring, and the system supports scheduled start/stop functions for convenient operation and management, ensuring the drying process is carried out accurately according to the set parameters.
Openable Observation Door and Cleaning Structure:
Models GHD-40U and above feature an openable observation door with excellent sealing, making it easy to monitor the materials inside the hopper. Cleaning is also more convenient, improving operational efficiency and ease of use during production.
